Bryan brings 30 years of experience in the construction, fabrication and structural steel industry. Prior to joining TrueNorth Steel in 2002, he held key roles as an estimator, project manager and senior project manager. With a career rooted in delivering excellence to clients, partners and projects, Bryan’s made a lasting impact on hundreds of commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects across the United States, Canada, and beyond.
In his role as Vice President of Sales, Construction Services, Bryan leads a high-performing team of construction experts across business development, estimating, engineering, drafting, pre-construction and project management. His leadership centers on aligning teams to project goals and identifying solutions early to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
With a deep understanding of the project lifecycle and passion for building strong, lasting relationships, Bryan works closely with project stakeholders and internal teams to deliver results marked by safety, quality and transparency. His customer-first approach is rooted in clear communication and proactive planning, ensuring every project is delivered with confidence.
A trusted executive and strategic leader, Bryan’s contributions continue to elevate the TrueNorth experience. Under his leadership, the team has expanded across 11 locations in five states, supported by a bonding capacity of $225 million; a reflection of the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys time with his wife and two sons and stays active with a healthy lifestyle.
