Description
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Marketing will plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing strategic content and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to work cross-functionally and oversee and prioritize the department’s workload.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with overarching business goals and objectives
- Lead and manage small marketing team to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, prioritize projects and workloads
- Oversee the creation and implementation of all marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising for brand and four divisions of products
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- In collaboration with the in-house team and agency partners, monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to evaluate their effectiveness and optimize accordingly
- Support internal and external communications initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Communicates safety policies and procedures in compliance with TrueNorth Steel corporate standards.

Supports local supervisors and communicates programs for managers and supervisors to train employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.

Inspects facilities organization to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.

Provides information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Install Miscellaneous steel, egress components, and structural components in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Fit-up, weld, and clean-up of steel handrail, guardrail, stairs, and other mild steel custom components.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints.
- Operate manlifts and forklifts efficiently and safely.
- Efficiently and safely operate small power tools, such as grinders, core drills, and concrete hammer drills.
- Assist in applying caulking to expansion joints and concrete seams.

- Frequent travel to job sites throughout the state of Montana; 2-5 days of overnight per week; weekends at home; leave for the jobs site on Monday morning and return to Billings (MT) on Friday after lunch; lodging paid for by company with $50 daily per diem for meals/incidentals.
Level 2 • The Construction Services Technician 2 is a mid-level position, with all work being completed with minimal direct supervision. • Met all requirements of and mastered all aspects of the level 1 position. • 3+ years of experience in steel or precast concrete installation, or related industry experience. • Self-starter, outcome-driven attitude, and behavior. • OSHA 10 certification preferred. • Ability to schedule and perform work without supervision. • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience learning new software (e.g., Microsoft Office and CPM scheduling platforms). ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Carefully read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly

Inspect newly acquired equipment upon arrival, checking every part to be sure that they are working and meet up with industry standards before they are put to use in the factory

Read work orders to confirm the production task is within the capacity of the factory’s equipment in order to abide by manufacturers’ guidelines; make provision for alternate equipment to handle big production tasks to prevent wearing out

Strictly abide by safety regulations during manufacturing activities, keeping equipment in check to avoid mechanical hazards that could cause harm to operators and workers

Teach workers how to operate equipment to avoid pressing the wrong buttons that could trigger accidents, which could lead to casualties

Enroll for continuous training and education on technical maintenance practices so as to be updated with the latest maintenance techniques and be able to keep equipment in the best possible conditions

Carry out routine servicing of equipment as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions, which could thwart production activities, including but not limited to production equipment/machines, forklifts, trucks, tractors, trailers, etc.

Fargo Welder Loan Repayment Program
Your skills are in demand, let us pay you for that investment! This loan repayment program is designed to ease the burden of student loan payments, allowing you to keep your hard-earned money in your pockets.
The payments will be made every three months to your student loan lender, with a maximum payout of $17,000.
