Riverside University Health System

The 200,000-square-foot, three-story Riverside University Health System Medical Office Building will open its doors to patients in early 2020. The new facility design includes multiple clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, rehabilitation center, pharmacy and imaging center as well as a new café and lobby. A new pedestrian bridge will connect the new building to the adjacent hospital. TrueNorth Steel provided pre-construction coordination, project management services, 3D steel detailing, building information modeling, structural metals fabrication and steel erection.
