The 120 Stockton project is the redevelopment of the 8-floor existing primarily single-tenant retail and office building into a multi-tenant retail building, consisting of renovations of existing space and the new construction of a 11,000-sqft restaurant on top of the building. It would also alter the existing exterior façades to all glass and add a new rooftop restaurant.
