When asked about what he enjoys most about his work, Gottschalk shared, “The things I like most about the manufacturing industry are the ever-changing challenges that each project presents and the path to find a solution or process to efficiently and accurately deliver a quality product to our customers. There’s a real sense of accomplishment when you see a project come together and know you played a part in getting it over the finish line.”

Beyond his technical expertise, Gottschalk is valued for his dedication to fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace environment. “I enjoy my co-workers and the company I work for. There is a true sense of teamwork and support within our company that makes a person want to give your all because you know the person next to you will do the same and that you will have the support from management to succeed,” he added.
