With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Kellie has played a pivotal role in developing TrueNorth Steel’s workforce. As a certified DiSC trainer and a Discover Leadership Master Graduate, she is passionate about personal growth and leadership development. She has championed leadership development programs throughout the organization, including the two- and four-day Discover Leadership courses, which help employees unlock their full potential in alignment with the company’s core values. To date, 576 team members have participated in the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer program with 132 earning the distinction of Master Grad.

With over 819 team members, Kellie plays a key leadership role in fostering a “Game Changer” culture built on unity, shared vision, and continuous improvement. Her approach is marked by compassion and a deep commitment to building the next generation of leaders.

A Commitment to Community and Workforce Development

Beyond TrueNorth Steel, Kellie is a driving force for community engagement and workforce development. She actively supports philanthropic initiatives that align with the company’s mission to create lasting impacts on families and communities. Her leadership extends to industry-wide workforce initiatives, as she serves on the North Dakota Workforce Development Council, collaborating with leaders across sectors to address workforce challenges and drive growth in the state. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
