With TrueNorth Steel providing the locally fabricated steel, the structure’s sloping design will mimic the surrounding landscape. In addition, the project is pursuing a full Living Building Challenge (LBC) certification with ambitious goals to achieve net-zero energy, emissions, water, and waste.
