The $30 million dollar renovation and expansion of the level 2 major medical trauma center was completed on time, without any interruptions to normal operations. Although cancer medicine is the downtown clinic’s primary focus, the 200,000 SF expansion also includes an urgent care clinic, mental health wing, palliative care, and physical therapy departments. The expansion features a new patient waiting area, 583 beds, and a larger parking structure.
